I did so since I want to recount for you her exemplary assistance which reflects positively on your company.In 1998 my wife and I bought a manufactured home from Oxford Homes. It is located in Ogunquit. We have used the home primarily as a summer home since our primary residence is in central MA. We have never been in the home during a storm of sustained high winds. After consulting the materials we had about the home, we noted that the page on which its wind sustaining capability should have been recorded, was left blank. I searched the web for a phone number for Oxford Homes to make that inquiry and the number listed led me to TwinTown Homes and to Kristin, as the voice of Twin Town homes, When I posed the question to her (namely, what is the wind resisting capability of our home)- especially important with Hurricane Irene bearing down on the northeast, she very politely said she didn’t know off-hand but would make some phone calls and get back to us – which she delivered, as promised, in less than 30 minutes. She also followed up that phone call with an e-mail message with valuable information – upon which my wife and I made the decision to button down our house in Ogunquit and head to MA. Kristin helped us to make a sound decision based on facts rather than emotion. She didn’t have to go one step beyond stating that she didn’t know since we had an Oxford Home – but she “went the extra yard.” Believe me, my wife and I will not hesitate to recommend Twin Town homes based on this positive experience with your company, all thanks to Kristin Jones.Bill and Rosemary

Dear AJ: Just a couple of comments on our home buying experience from Twin Town … We really feel that you folks treated us very fairly, not only with regard to the monetary allowances that were afforded us towards the purchase of our new home, but with other issues that crept up as well. We had tried on a couple of other occasions with other modular home suppliers, to purchase a home, and were either met with no call back or a real low trade-in allowance. You and your company came through with flying colors.We have enclosed a couple of recently taken pictures for you to see how it all came out.With the exception of some of the old slab that is still there (it is being used as a walkway to the front deck area) one would never know that a mobile home once occupied this spot. We would love to have you drop down for a visit to see how it all came out .. inside and out AJ. However, in the event that we don’t hear from you before the upcoming holidays, please accept our best wishes to you, your family and the Twin Town folks for safe and happy holidays and a great new year. To Whom It May Concern: Too often letters are received voicing dissatisfaction and full of complaints. We would like to express to you how pleased we are with our experience of purchasing a mobile home from Twin Town Homes. We were two recently divorced women with a teenage child looking to relocate to Western Maine. To accomplish this, we were in need of finding a mobile home park and purchasing a mobile home. We visited many mobile home dealers before Twin Town Homes, covering 2500 miles and we were met with either poor quality mobile homes and/or poor customer service. After several very discouraging days, we stopped at Twin Town Homes and talked with A. J. Stowell. We explained to him that we were looking for a mobile home and a nice park to place it as soon as possible. We looked at his display models and talked with A. J. about ordering a new mobile home with our layout and desired colors. We were treated with respect and enthusiasm not as two recently divorced females who didn’t know what they wanted. Not only did A. J. and Kristan Jones assist us with the ordering of a new mobile home they also searched the area for mobile home parks that would meet with our expectation. The crew that placed our home in a nearby park was exceptional as well. They worked like clockwork and in one day we were all set to move into our new home. We want to thank you and all of your employees for the wonderful experience we received at Twin Town Homes from the first time we walked into the showroom and still receiving 4 months later. This kind of professionalism is rarely found and you should be very proud of A.J. Kristan, the set up crew, the secretary/receptionist and all others that work behind the scenes.
