To Whom It May Concern:

Too often letters are received voicing dissatisfaction and full of complaints. We would like to express to you how pleased we are with our experience of purchasing a mobile home from Twin Town Homes.

We were two recently divorced women with a teenage child looking to relocate to Western Maine. To accomplish this, we were in need of finding a mobile home park and purchasing a mobile home. We visited many mobile home dealers before Twin Town Homes, covering 2500 miles and we were met with either poor quality mobile homes and/or poor customer service.

After several very discouraging days, we stopped at Twin Town Homes and talked with A. J. Stowell. We explained to him that we were looking for a mobile home and a nice park to place it as soon as possible. We looked at his display models and talked with A. J. about ordering a new mobile home with our layout and desired colors. We were treated with respect and enthusiasm not as two recently divorced females who didn't know what they wanted. Not only did A. J. and Kristan Jones assist us with the ordering of a new mobile home they also searched the area for mobile home parks that would meet with our expectation.

The crew that placed our home in a nearby park was exceptional as well. They worked like clockwork and in one day we were all set to move into our new home.

We want to thank you and all of your employees for the wonderful experience we received at Twin Town Homes from the first time we walked into the showroom and still receiving 4 months later. This kind of professionalism is rarely found and you should be very proud of A.J. Kristan, the set up crew, the secretary/receptionist and all others that work behind the scenes. We always felt like we were treated as though we had purchased a $400,000 home.
